1. About renterkit.store

These Terms govern your access to and use of renterkit.store (“Site”), including any purchases or subscriptions for products or services offered through the Site.

If you subscribe to a continuous or automatically renewing service, the subscription will continue until canceled in accordance with the instructions provided at checkout and in your account.

California automatic renewal requirements: we provide clear and conspicuous offer terms, including cancellation instructions and any renewal timing, as required by Business and Professions Code § 17602.

To cancel, use the cancellation controls in your account or contact support at [email protected]. Charges (if any) will follow the billing terms shown at checkout.

9. Privacy; California notices

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, and the rights available to California consumers. If you collect California consumers’ personally identifiable information, you must conspicuously post a privacy policy consistent with CalOPPA: Business and Professions Code § 22575(a), Business and Professions Code § 22577(b)(5), Business and Professions Code § 22575-22579.

Under the CPRA/CCPA framework, we provide required notice at collection and disclose privacy rights, including deletion and correction: Civil Code § 1798.100, Civil Code § 1798.130, Civil Code § 1798.130(a)(5), Civil Code § 1798.185.
