1) Return eligibility
We may accept returns for eligible items purchased through renterkit.store, provided you request a return within the timeframe shown at checkout or in your order confirmation email. Items must be unused, in their original packaging (as applicable), and include any required accessories and documentation.
Not eligible: digital goods, downloadable content, gift cards, subscriptions already started/activated (to the extent permitted), and items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper storage.
2) How to start a return
To request a return, contact [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We may provide shipping instructions and a return authorization if eligible.
If return authorization is required and you ship without it, processing may be delayed.
3) Refund timing & processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4) Exceptions & conditions
