Subscription Billing & Cancellation Disclosure

Last updated: __DATE__

1) Subscription cadence & renewal

If you subscribe to renterkit.store, your subscription renews on the schedule shown during checkout (for example, monthly or annually). By subscribing, you agree that your subscription is a continuous service unless you cancel in accordance with this disclosure.

We will display the renewal cadence and the renewal price at the time of purchase. Renewal charges will be billed automatically using the payment method you provided, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

If you are offered a trial or introductory offer, any automatic renewal and billing behavior for the offer will be stated during checkout so that it is clear when the trial ends and when billing begins.

Automatic renewal/continuous service terms are provided as required by California’s Automatic Renewal Law: Business and Professions Code § 17602.

2) Billing & what happens on renewal

  • Renewal charge: On your renewal date, we charge the renewal price shown at checkout.
  • Auto-billing: Charges are processed automatically via the payment method on file.
  • Price changes: Any change to your renewal price will be communicated as described at checkout (and in accordance with applicable law) before it takes effect.
  • Failed payment: If a charge fails, we may attempt to process payment again and/or pause access until payment is successful, subject to the terms you agreed to at checkout.

3) How to cancel (and when cancellation stops renewal)

You can cancel your subscription at any time by using the cancellation method provided in your renterkit.store account (or by contacting support if account-based cancellation is not available to you).

Cancellation will stop future renewals only if submitted before the end of the current billing period / before the renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal date, you may be charged for the next term.

To help avoid misleading trial/subscription claims, cancellation timing and renewal behavior are described in this disclosure and at checkout.

4) Billing questions, refunds, and support

For billing issues, please contact us at [email protected] or +1 (403) 632-3253. If you request cancellation or dispute a charge, we will review your request and respond as appropriate.

Refunds (if any) are handled according to the terms shown during checkout and any applicable refund policy.
